September 2005

I’m off to Los Angeles tomorrow to see my 98 year-old grandmother and my
oldest sister who lives nearby with her family in Santa Monica. On
Monday I will pick Brittany Griffith up at the airport in LA and drive
up to Ventura, where the Patagonia headquarters is located. It will be
fun to see old friends and reconnect with various people I work with.
Owen is scheduled to join the on-sight daycare for a couple of days
while I meet with people in marketing, apparel design, photo/web-site
department, and catalog editors. At the end of the day, I look forward
to hanging out and smelling the sweet ocean breeze at my
friend/college’s house in Santa Barbara. We may even end up climbing
upside-down on Rob’s climbing wall!

I will be in touch when I get back from California next Thursday!
Cheers!

It has been an exciting time around here. I just got back from the Sierra Summit event and talk a bit about it in the audio podcast.

There are a few spots left with the climbing camps this year. Check the climbing camps website to see if we have posted the 2006 tentative schedule.

This weeks audio! Enjoy!

PS. Some big news is coming up, so stay tuned.

I just got back from Italy and Germany for the last week.

The UIAA website for results.

Here is another audio clip that I made for all to hear: Lynn Hill on the Rock Masters Comp

Here are some pictures from the trip!
